Organizing Committee

An expert in telecommunications, digital transformation, and ICT regulation. Actively involved in sectoral policy development, legal analysis, and advocacy for telecom companies at both national and regional levels. National Coordinator of the Kyrgyz Internet Governance Forum (KIGF) and a speaker at key international events on internet governance and digital development, including KIGF, CAPIF, and other forums. Facilitates dialogue between government, business, and civil society to promote the sustainable development of Kyrgyzstan’s digital infrastructure.
